Oakwood School, Frankston operates in a refurbished bank in the shopping precinct in Frankston. This space includes small classrooms and an art space. Students participating in Physical Education do so off site, in a local gymnasium.

Our program provides developmentally responsive personalised learning and pathway planning with a focus on the development of literacy, numeracy, social development, pursuing student’s interests and studies of Art and Physical Education.

Our induction process is gradual and gives us time to assess the students’ interests and abilities, as well as the time to work with each student to develop their individual learning plan.

We provide a safe and supportive learning environment that enables young people to reconnect with teachers and learning as embodied in Oakwood’s intent of “Learning, Respect and Empowerment.”

Enrolments are taken throughout the year and interested students, parents and guardians are invited to contact the school for more information or to arrange an interview.
